To qualify for a refund:
The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in good condition (normal usage is acceptable).
Proof of purchase is required.
Items must be returned to the address provided by our support team.
We reserve the right to deny returns that show excessive damage, misuse, or intentional abuse.
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
